It was a great pleasure to have attended the Social Media in Recruitment Conference last week. Personally, I think the content of the event and the conversations within the conference itself was quite valuable.

Not to mention the networking, and meeting with persons that I have followed on Twitter or who have followed me likewise.

In this review, I will focus on the issue of Case Studies for Social Recruiting. Over the next few days, I will write more on specific presentations for likely all the speakers on their respective subjects eg LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google, Gen Y etc

Social Media In Recruitment UK Conference 2010

I have just confirmed my attending the Social Media in Recruitment conference, planned for 22nd April, 2010 in London at the British Library Conference Centre.

Last year, I kinda missed the conference, but it did generate a lot of interest amongst recruiters on the subject of Social Recruiting.

This year promises to be an interesting event, with possibly more insights from speakers and presenters on actual successes from UK companies, that are implementing a Social Recruiting strategy.

The UK’s first conference dedicated to Social Media In Recruitment will be held on the 16th July 2009 at the British Library in London.

Organized by Mike Taylor from Web Based Recruitment, the Conference has been designed to help Recruiters understand exactly what Social Media is and how it can be of benefit to them in recruitment.
